Methodology
Figures are computed from listings active on SeekRoles at the time the page was generated. Listings come from public applicant tracking system boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and remote job board APIs (Remotive, RemoteOK, Arbeitnow, Jobicy), refreshed hourly, and are marked inactive once they stop appearing at the source. This is a sample of the job market rather than a census: it skews toward technology employers and remote-friendly boards, so treat shares as descriptive of this dataset rather than of all hiring. Salary statistics cover only listings that expose a structured annual range; hourly and monthly rates are parsed but deliberately excluded from the annual percentiles rather than being converted, and pay stated only in description prose is not captured.
